* WHAT IS RadiantFlow YOGA?
RadiantFlow Yoga is a vibrant engaging exchange of movement, breath, body, and essence through Yogic and QiGong teachings. Emerge from each class .... with a lasting peace and calm.
With experience, strength, and hope, Cynn offers RadiantFlow Yoga as a means to integration, introspection, and wholeness.
MEALS
Organic, fresh and local meals will be provided for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during your stay. Tea and snacks will be available as well.
Chef Scott will be offering a delicious homemade meal on Saturday after the SoloQuest at Historic Everson Ranch.

ABOUT CYNTHIA
Cynthia "Cynn" grew up along the Guadalupe River in South Central Texas. As an extra sensitive, being ​in, near or around water continue​s to attract and support her​ way of being.
​
Her grandma Honey had a lake house ​off the Guadalupe River. All throughout her young life she enjoyed boating, skiing​, swimming​ and fishing.
​
​Being about 'knee-high' her introduction to the Rockies in Colorado was where she would land. Her great aunt and uncle​ shared their cabins ​just inside the Rocky Mt Natl Park. ​During a visit to Estes Park, a friend said "you just need the common sense to move here". In 1991 she made her 'move' to Colorado. Taking a degree at the Colorado Institute of Art in film/video and her license as a massage therapist, she found her roots at the natural Hot Springs in Montana and Colorado.
Offering WiseWomen Yoga Retreats has been a focus for sharing her love of movement and connection​ to the Natural World. ​RadiantFlow Yoga, Bodywork & Watsu offer transformational doors for others and fulfill a dee​p passion of Service.
